What Being a CIA Operative Taught Me about Life

I’ve had the privilege of serving for 6 years in a very unusual organisation with its own unique methods & processes called the Central Intelligence Agency. And while the acronym, CIA, conjurs up a number of images and preconceptions, I believe the CIA offers a plethora of tools to anyone seeking to achieve anything of note. I’d like to use this opportunity to share with you some of the insights and tools I learned as a CIA agent & field officer and how I’ve applied these to my own companies as well as in my work advising others seeking to lead their organisations to achieve big goals.
